How to redeem

1. Walk-in to store

Simply check your brand on voucher & walk into store at any location

2. Select product

Select the applicable product, based on the Gift Voucher type (refer terms & conditions).

3. Pay using gift card at cashier

At the Billing Counter, inform the cashier about the choice of making payment using Gift Voucher.

4. Get Your Gift with a Gift Voucher

Cashier selects Gift Voucher as payment mode, submits Gift Voucher & PIN details in the system and completes the billing process.

Terms & Conditions

The IRTH E-Gift Card (“Gift Card”) can only be redeemed once and must be used for a single transaction. The entire amount must be utilized in one go.
The Gift Card cannot be reloaded or topped up once the value is exhausted.
The Gift Card is valid for a period of 180 days from the date of issuance.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or for cash redemption.
The Gift Card cannot be transferred, re-sold, or redeemed for unauthorized commercial purposes.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for purchased Gift Cards.
Multiple Gift Cards can be combined and redeemed in a single order.
The Gift Card can be redeemed at exclusive IRTH stores or online at www.irth.in. The Gift Card can also be redeemed at company authorised Taneira Stores, only against IRTH Products. If the total bill amount exceeds the card value, the balance must be paid by the customer using other acceptable payment methods.
Customers are responsible for the safety and security of their Gift Card. IRTH will not be liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the Gift Card.
IRTH reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the Gift Card scheme, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
IRTH reserves the right to deactivate or cancel any Gift Card if fraudulent activity is suspected.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IRTH, its directors, employees, officers and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of the Gift Card, breach of these terms and conditions, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Gift Card will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
IRTH shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and IRTH regarding the use of the Gift Card and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
