How to redeem

1. Walk-in to store

Simply check your brand on voucher & walk into store at any location

2. Select product

Select the applicable product, based on the Gift Voucher type (refer terms & conditions).

3. Pay using gift card at cashier

At the Billing Counter, inform the cashier about the choice of making payment using Gift Voucher.

4. Get Your Gift with a Gift Voucher

Cashier selects Gift Voucher as payment mode, submits Gift Voucher & PIN details in the system and completes the billing process.

Terms & Conditions

Validity of the voucher is for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of issuance.
Voucher Partial redemption is not allowed and is redeemable only once.
Voucher is not applicable on discounted products and cannot be clubbed with any other offer in the store.
Voucher cannot be redeemed for Titan Nebula collection of Watches.
No refund or credit note would be issued against unused or partially used voucher.
Multiple e-gift cards (up to 5) can be used against a single transaction.
This voucher can be redeemed at Titan World, Fastrack, Helios, Taneria and Titan Eye plus stores across India. This can be redeemed in one store of 5 channel mentioned.
E-Gift Vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24-48 hours.
For this e-Gift Voucher Indian law is applicable and jurisdiction shall be Bangalore.
This Gift Voucher is not a legal tender.
